  3. Outline design & options — recommended routes (solar/battery/EV/ASHP where suitable) and indicative budget ranges.
  4. Follow-up call — we discuss the outline, answer questions and refine the design to suit your priorities.
  5. Deposit (only when you’re fully happy) — once you’re comfortable with the proposal, a deposit triggers the next stage.
  6. In-home survey (post-deposit) — confirm measurements, cable routes, capacity, protection and compliance requirements.
  7. Installation & commissioning — installed, tested, commissioned and handed over fully compliant.

No. The outline is a practical starting point. The follow-up call is to refine the design and answer questions, not to pressure you.

Do you offer individual products too?

Yes — solar, batteries, EV chargers and associated electrical works. We simply promote the benefits of doing the right mix together.

What if my property isn’t suitable?

We’ll tell you quickly. Some homes won’t suit certain measures — that’s why we assess potential first.
